Overview

Talon Defense seeks a Certified TEMPEST Professional (Level II) to conduct and lead TEMPEST testing, resolve TEMPEST vulnerabilities, and provide design guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct and lead TEMPEST testing using approved test procedures in accordance with the National TEMPEST Standard
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve TEMPEST-related vulnerabilities
  • Verify TEMPEST requirements and provide design guidance
  • Capture and analyze test data and results and write test reports

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with TEMPEST testing and/or TEMPEST manufacturing
  • Experience in a combination of the following: conducting and leading TEMPEST testing using approved test procedures in accordance with the National TEMPEST Standard; identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving TEMPEST-related vulnerabilities; verifying TEMPEST requirements and providing design guidance; and capturing and analyzing test data and results and writing test reports
  • Certified TEMPEST Professional (CTP) Level II certification

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or relevant technical school training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Military and/or intelligence community experience in a relevant technical or radio frequency (RF) field
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, specifically Access

Compensation

$160,000 - $220,000 per year

Salary offered will depend on numerous qualifying factors such as clearance, degree and the years and depth of applicable experience.
